Returns & Exchanges
Doesn't work? Don't worry, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and unused with original tags still attached for a full refund. Sale merchandise will not be accepted for return. Please note: Only returns purchased from our website, garbeluxe.com, will be accepted.
In order to request a return, please send an email to email@example.com with your order number.
We will issue a full refund, excluding original delivery charge, upon receipt of the merchandise in its original, unworn condition with original tags attached. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process your return merchandise.
In order to expedite our purchase process, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. Placing a second order for the correct size and color will ensure you receive what you need without waiting for an exchange to process. Once we receive your return, we’ll credit your account.
